news - legend of zelda: skyward sword finally lands a release date


I've already played the game at two E3 conventions, wondering when I will get to love this gem from my own home. Well, today Nintendo tells all, and The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword will be hitting store shelves this November.

news - tekken: blood vengeance playing one night only tomorrow night!

You heard it right! The fully CGI rendered Tekken: Blood Vengeance will be playing in select theaters tomorrow night only, and it just happens that two of those theaters are here in Baton Rouge. Playing at 7:30 p.m. at both Citiplace 11 and Cinemark in Perkins Rowe, this will be your only chance to see the movie before it's released as part of the Tekken Hybrid pack later on this fall. Added bonus, the viewing will be in 3D! Following the presentation, there will be an added 20 minute segment that includes interviews with the Tekken project director and screenwriter.

At approximately 3:30 a.m. EDT 'Jackass' crew member and co-host of G4's 'Proving Ground', Ryan Dunn passed away as the result of a high speed car crash in West Goshen Township, Pennsylvania. Ryan was only 34 years old, and will be forever missed.

news - playstation store is back up!

Well there goes my paycheck... After a month long hiatus, SONY has finally restored service to its Playstation Store. As far as new content goes, there's not much at the moment and no sign of the "Welcome Back" content, but that's likely to change over the next few days. There have been many people having troubles with getting error messages, myself included, but its likely the result of traffic overload. Just keep signing back in, you'll access it after a couple of tries.

Anything you're looking forward to picking up? I'm still waiting on my Beyond Good & Evil HD and Mortal Kombat DLC.
