Rumors coming straight out of Taiwan place the unannounced Playstation 4 with a body-movement based camera controller (much like the current Kinect sensor) to be released in 2012. If rumors are correct, this puts Foxconn and Pegatron Technology (the current makers of the PS3) as the assembler for the next console. Rumors further speculate that upwards of 20 million units will be produced in 2012.
All speculation aside, this seems highly unlikely as Sony has been very outspoken against the current technology presented by Kinect and also the recent WiiU controllers. We'll keep you posted as more is announced.
